Hey there. I’m Scott, and I’m moving to Toronto for a new IT Manager role. I’m looking for a room in a clean, respectful, and comfortable home with a private ensuite or bathroom in a safe and accessible area.

Initially, it will just be me, but my partner may be moving in with me in October. I’m looking for a place with parking, and either furnished or unfurnished is fine. I’m organized, responsible, and easy to live with. I keep a steady routine, I’m quiet and considerate, and I really value a calm, well-kept home.

My budget is up to $1,200, and I’m hoping to move in late August to early September. LGBTQ+ friendly is important to me, and I’d love to find a place with someone kind, open-minded, and easy to communicate with.
