I’m looking for roommates who are more than just people to split rent with.

I’m looking for good people with good energy. People who are driven, open-minded, friendly, clean, and genuinely enjoy life. Entrepreneurs, creatives, people with goals, or anyone with a growth mindset who’s looking for more out of life. You don’t have to be any of those things, but I really value being around people who are curious, motivated, positive, and want to make the most out of life.

I’m Nolan, a 27-year-old content creator and video production business owner. I spend a lot of my time creating, building, working out, exploring, adventuring, and trying new things, and I’d love to live with people who have that same kind of energy.

I think we underestimate how important our living environment is. Who you live with and who you surround yourself with has a huge impact on your life. I want to live somewhere that feels inspiring, supportive, fun, and comfortable, rather than just being a place where everyone happens to sleep.

I’d love to have roommates who are open to actually becoming friends. Movie nights, game nights, adventures, brainstorm sessions, workouts, random late-night conversations, whatever. I love deep conversations and I think life is a lot more fun when the people around you actually enjoy spending time together.

At the same time, I really value alone time and personal space. I’m not looking for a house where everyone has to be together all the time. I think the best roommate situation is one where you can have your own life and your own space, but also know there are good people around you when you want to hang out, talk, or do something together.

I’m pretty conscious of who I surround myself with, and I’m looking for people who feel the same way. Life is too short to live with people who are constantly negative, grumpy, messy, or hard to talk to.

Ultimately, I’m looking to create or join a home with people who are fun-spirited, driven, positive, clean, and supportive. A place where everyone is doing their own thing, but there’s also a sense of community.

I think your environment becomes the foundation for who you are, and I’d love to find roommates who want to build a really good one together.
