I am a quiet, smart, responsible, clean, friendly and easygoing person who happens to also be funny, and outgoing with a big heart and alot of life experiences an knowledge.. I am looking for a long term place with a roommate (male or female) who is like minded and responsible… My portion can be direct to landlord but would like rent receipts for tax purposes. .. I am newly widowed and just trying to get back on my feet… For comfort i have a small short hair cat (Egyptian mau tabby) named Fart, who is very friendly, has a great personality, and is spoiled. He also has his own big condo cage, so he will not be free roaming around the apartment or in my roommates personal space… and he is also brushed and groomed reqularily as I have allergies myself … I am interested in teaming up with 1 or more roommates to split the expensive cost of rent and to maintain a healthy, clean place. I am looking long term cause I know it’s hard to find a place and I do not currently have my own place so if you already have one that would be helpful.
