Looking for a roommate to pair up and find a place – August move‑in

Hi! I’m looking to partner with someone to find a 2‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom apartment in downtown Toronto, ideally in Liberty Village, King Street West, or nearby areas. I’m also open to other downtown locations with easy access to streetcars or the subway (e.g., St. Clair). My ideal move‑in date is late August, as that’s when my current lease ends.

A bit about me: I’m a 31‑year‑old female working in financial services in a hybrid setup. I’m an introvert at heart and generally keep to myself, but I’m friendly, approachable, and always happy to chat here and there.

At a minimum, I value being cordial and communicating openly as roommates. If a friendship naturally develops, that’s a bonus—my main priority is peaceful, respectful, and comfortable co‑habiting.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place I can call home for at least the next year, hopefully longer.

Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, swimming, and picking up random hobbies.

I’m hoping to pair with a working professional in their late 20s to 30s.
