Howdy! 🤠 I’ll be relocating to Calgary (around October 15th) from Italy for the second time, on a Working Holiday Visa, and I’m looking for a room in a safe, quiet, and respectful home. My budget is around $800/month (negotiable). Having my own bathroom would be a plus, but it’s not a deal-breaker. A little about me: I’m calm, easy-going, clean, and respectful of other people’s space. I love music, especially country, and I play guitar in my free time. I also enjoy drawing, cooking (expect some real Italian food 🇮🇹), tv show, movies, motorcycles, cars and more. I’m a smoker, but I never smoke inside the house. I value my independence and privacy, but I’m always happy to share a meal, have a chat, or hang out together. I’m also looking for a place where having occasional guests or an overnight guest is okay, as long as everyone is respectful of each other’s privacy and space.
