Quiet, responsible, respectful and conscientious. Ideally looking for a month-to-month, flexible lease for a one bedroom with a private bathroom, in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, and parking. Preferably in a quiet neighborhood/street in a quiet building, or on a top floor, as I work from home recording voiceover and can’t have footsteps, music, or traffic noises coming in through the walls or ceiling. I work from home most days auditioning, so I need a relatively quiet space. Looking for a vegan or vegetarian roommate, or someone who doesn’t cook meat in the house. No live-in partners. Ideally North Van or West Van, or on the mainland between West Point Grey and East Van, no farther south than 49th. Can’t do downtown due to the noise! Need at least 3 months, ideally with the option to stay longer.
