I’m an IT guy working full-time for a Canadian aircraft manufacturing company. I normally work from home. My annual income tier is 80k+. I never smoke tobacco, weed, etc., I don’t drink alcohol, I live a quiet orderly relaxed life and I never throw parties or go out/return home late at night, I have no pets. Presently, I’m renting an apartment in Gloucester close to Blair station., and the landlord is going to sell this house soon-ish, so I’m looking for other options. I can provide references from my landlords and a letter of employment/payslip, my credit score is 700+. My move-in date is very flexible, any day in June or on July 1st.
