Hi, all!

We’re a loving and respectful couple who’s moved out from Winnipeg MB over to Calgary, and now looking to move over to the west coast (September 1st). We are looking for a furnished basement suite, with 2 bedrooms, as we have a wonderful female cousin who will be living with us and would require her own bedroom. We’re quite a ‘hippie-minded’ couple and adore all animals/creatures/humans alike. We are looking to split the rent equally between us, same for utilities/internet/etc. We’ll require in-suite laundry, kitchen, washroom/shower, living room. Preferably a separate entrance. Cannabis friendly would be a big plus, but not set in stone.
