My name is Jessica I just really need to find a room for rent for June 1st 2025 I’m pretty quiet and I will definitely help around with cleaning and whatever other chores that I can help out with even if it’s not me dirty up any dishes and Etc I’ll still help as much as I can.. I’m on ODSP and am willing to pay $800 the most for rent and I do have two fix cats and the only person I will have to visit with me is my boyfriend and he’s also pretty quiet but he’s not going to be living with me obviously but he’s going to be a visitor if that’s okay we both are cigarette smokers but we can both smoke outside unless inside is allowed but obviously most people would rather not have smoking inside so that’s why I said I’m willing to smoke outside of course and I’m also a marijuana smoker but again I can smoke that outside not inside if nobody likes that I know this description is pretty long but this is the very first time I’m actually posting an ad like this but neither of us drink alcohol or party or anything like that so nobody has to worry about that I don’t party I’m homebody person of one last thing I can also provide my own food and groceries and stuff all I need is just the room for rent for June 1st that’s all
