Jenevieve Chenatte

Hi there, My name is Jen Chenatte (she/they), and I’m a quiet, clean, and responsible queer tenant relocating to Victoria to begin graduate studies at Royal Roads University. I’m looking for a safe and respectful place to call home, somewhere calm, grounded, and ideally with a bit of green space.

I bring a thoughtful and steady presence to the spaces I live in. I’ve spent years working in environmental education, youth programs, and community organizing across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. I’m also a certified yoga teacher and an avid gardener, so I deeply value peaceful surroundings, mutual respect, and a sense of care for the land and people around me.

As a tenant, I’m communicative, timely with rent, and always mindful of my impact on those I share space with. I’m happy to provide references, proof of income, and any additional info needed.
