I am a 34 years old man, responsible, organized, clean and quiet in a healthy lifestyle. I work full-time as a Software Developer, 3x minimum in the office. I do bulk cooking, which reduces significantly time in the kitchen. On weekends, I may spend time outside, do groceries shopping, go to church and exercise.
I prefer someone who works hybrid or on-site, without pets, no smoking, no alcohol at home.
My stable employment, steady income and savings ensure that I can reliably meet rental payments.
