I am looking for a furnished private bedroom near Downtown Toronto to be shared with at most another man, starting from June 1st, on a monthly lease term. Near the Union Station (2km radius) is preferred, but I consider further neighborhoods within the train lines.

I am a 33 years old man, responsible, organized, clean and quiet in a healthy lifestyle. I work full-time as a Software Developer, usually in the office. On weekends, I try to be outside, do groceries shopping, go to church or exercise.

My stable employment, steady income and savings ensure that I can reliably meet rental payments. I can provide further references and proof of income.
