I usually watch movies with my headphones I have been so quiet I have been forgotten by my classmates a few times. I would prefer to be roommates with other trans people. I don’t have a cat yet but I do want to adopt one after I moved out unless I have a roommate that has an affectionate cat I wouldn’t mind waiting. My goal is to have a detached side apartment if possible as I really like my privacy and i would like to have a private entrance and ensuite laundry and a bathtub (average size or larger or a shower big enough for a portable bathtub) I have recently learned about garden suites/laneway houses/detached apartments and it has been my dream to be able to have my privacy I also have to mention my mental health isn’t good so hearing people in the halls or above/below makes me unintentionally jump and panic but if there was an apartment with an ensuite laundry and a private entrance and a bathtub but it’s soundproof I would be open to that too but I know it’s rare so I am asking just in case it’s possible my preferred location would be close to pen centre or the Fairview mall or the seaway mall or Niagara falls but close to Cineplex Odeon or Walmart in a bus terminal but I’d still prefer walking there I am cannibals friendly and I’m a non smoker but the smell makes me sick so I’m not sure if I should add it or not and if it’s a detached side apartment I am willing to pay $1,200 but even though my ODSP is $1,408 it’s worth it I am currently waiting for a detached side apartment so if I was able to get approved (it’s off market and for sale right now) I’ll pause this listing if you read this far thank you for your time
