We’re a male couple currently searching for a new place to live, as we’ve been asked to vacate our current home by the end of the month due to its scheduled demolition and redevelopment.

I’m a full-time working professional employed as a Clerk III at the City of Vancouver’s Engineering Department – Sewer Operations Branch, located at the Manitoba Works Yard on SW Marine Drive. My partner is a full-time student at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he also works part-time as a graduate teaching assistant and on-call dental receptionist.

We are quiet, respectful, and responsible individuals who take pride in maintaining a peaceful and clean living environment.

We’re hoping to move in on June 1, 2025, and are ideally looking for: • A private room • Our own bathroom and kitchen • A separate entrance, if possible, for added privacy and convenience • A non-smoking environment (we do not smoke)

If it works for you, we are open to biweekly rent payments.
