i work downtown, looking for a 2b2b close ( i.e., walkable distance / easy + short commute (20mins max))to financial district that i can share, open to teaming up! i like to stay clean and organized, hoping to share a space with someone similar (preferably of the same gender).

i’m relatively busy with my 9-5 — outside of work, i’m an active person who enjoys my me time, matcha and peaceful evenings~

i enjoy my space but i’m always up for a good conversation and tea (or coffee). alsooo, i don’t smoke or have pets.
