Hi! I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful tenant looking for a calm, tidy living space. I’m often told I’ve been the best housemate people have had—I’m clean (a moderate clean freak), quiet like a cat, and easy to get along with. I’m not nosy, and I respect personal space. I enjoy structure and routine, but I’m flexible and considerate. I don’t play loud music, don’t host friends over, and I treat my room like a peaceful haven. I do have friends, just not the type to bring a crowd home :) I prefer a relatively new, well-maintained house with no smoking, no pets, no pests, and no mold. I’d love to live with mature, sensible housemates—people who are friendly but respect each other’s space (just a “hi” and a smile is perfect!). If needed, I’m happy to share references from current housemates or my landlord for credibility.
