Hi! I’m Jacob, 23, currently doing my Master’s in Finance at UQAM. I’m a responsible, tidy, and respectful roommate looking for a calm and friendly living environment. I’m focused on my studies but always open to a good conversation or sharing a meal.

I’m looking for a place ideally near a metro station and not too far from the Plateau (flexible if parking is easy – I do have a car). My budget is between $900–$1000/month, and I prefer a space with 3 roommates max.

Bonus if the apartment has: 🚇 Easy access to transit 🅿️ Vignette or street parking available 🛏️ A furnished room 📆 Move-in for June 1st 🐾 No cats (allergies)
