I am an incoming student at Cambrian College for the Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program starting this September. I am currently living in North York and planning to move to Greater Sudbury before the semester begins.

I am very interested in renting a bachelor unit or private room with bath, and would appreciate any information you can provide about availability, lease terms, and application requirements.

I do not smoke, drink, or use cannabis.

I do not own pets and do not host parties.

I am quiet, responsible, and keep my living space very clean.

I can provide a bank statement to confirm financial stability.
