I’m new to the area and really like it here. I’m hoping to find a place so that I can expand my horizons. And earn a little bit more freedom for myself. I’m very responsible. I have 2 jobs and I’m doing my best to get by. I would need a flexible landlord that I can make sure to have rent to you on time every month the flexibility would come with. A great magnitude of respect. For myself and obviously for me.Respect for me from the landlord.I would appreciate any assistance that anyone would like to provide as i’m new to canada. I’m specifically searching for a landlord that will respect my rights snd not take advantage of me as an individual I hope to find someone like myself That’s respectful kind and peaceful live with Because I’ve heard of the revolving door when it comes to renting a room and how easy it is to take an airand move on to the next room but I wanna find a place that I can put my roots down and stay long-term as opposed to moving through airbnb’s or moving through room. S on rooms, I hope that I find the landlord that. Understands long term rental and is looking for someone that wants to grow and build a home for themselves.
