Quiet, single, clean, responsible tenant. I don’t smoke, don’t party, don’t have any pets or children. Im friendly but deal with social anxiety so i like to keep to myself in my room most of the time, so a private ensuit is a must for me. As long as I have access to the kitchen and laundry, the rest of the apartment can be yours. My room/bathroom will be my own space which is all I need.
