i’m looking for people who are clean and relatively calm — i don’t care if you’re a party person but i’ve lived in enough loud/party houses for a lifetime atp LOL, so i’d prefer if those activities stayed mostly out of the house. that being said, i’m pretty laid back so i dont really care much about general house guests & the occasional hang out night etc.

i am def a pretty clean & organized person but i Do have a tendency to decorate prettyy heavily, but i can keep it to my own room if you’d prefer !!

i have found a few three bedroom places downtown that are under 3k and am super interested in finding 2 other people who would be down to move together. i should mention that i’d prefer to keep my budget on the lower side (800 to 900 — tho ofc contextually, whatever is fair is fair) and i would be totally fine with taking the smallest/less desirable room in any house if you happen to have a higher budget/are okay with paying more for a better room. of course i say this only in the case that a house is structured in such a way that this system would be acceptable and fair to everyone.

my only “musts” for apartments/roommates are:

• i have a kitten, so cat friendly
• i am queer and trans so LGBT friendly roommates are a must
• not a basement — windows that let at least a decent amount of light in are ideal pls god
• i’d prefer to live with women or queer people for safety purposes, but i’m open to speaking with anyone to catch a vibe
