Hey Folks!

I’m Brent, a 34 y/o Aussie and I’ve been in Vancouver since January this year on the 2 year IEC work permit. After a few months break from work, I’m now looking to settle into job hunting and routine life around downtown, West End, Yaletown, Mt Pleasant, Kits, Fairview or Jericho areas.

Lifestyle - Im a social and outdoorsy guy (same reason many of us moved to Vancouver!) and I have already established a great network of friends around West End and Kits. While i’m still looking for work I’m taking the opportunity to travel a lot so won’t be home that often, and once working the nature of my work in airlines and sustainability generally requires me to be on site at airport or facilities.

Ideally looking for summer sublet with option to extend.

Budget $1500 or less would be great but this is flexible for good value. Happy to share all common areas and keep it clean, strong preference for in-suite laundry but not a dealbreaker.
