Hey! 👋 I’m Dan, a 28-year-old working professional in tech. I’m exploring room rental options as I plan my next move, and looking for a calm, clean space to focus, work, and unwind.

I’m independent, respectful, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I’m not bringing any pets. I do have a food allergy to peanuts/treenuts and will most likely bring my own pots/pans/plates to just keep things separate. I mostly spend my time in the gym, outside with friends, in my room, or at cafes. Just looking for a chill spot with good energy and solid routines 😌

Ideally I’d like something with laundry in the unit or close by, close to amenities, downtown core (or to a line1/line 2 subway stop).
