Hi! I’m currently looking to sublet my room in a 2-bedroom apartment on Corydon.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to communicate with, and I’m hoping to find someone similar to take over my space. I value a peaceful and comfortable living environment, especially since the unit is shared.

The apartment itself is in a great location with easy access to transit, shops, and restaurants. It includes WiFi, a full kitchen (microwave, oven, stove), in-building laundry, and even a gym. The building is also pet-friendly, and parking can be arranged if needed.

You’ll be sharing the unit with a friendly and respectful roommate who is a Master’s student in her 20s. She has a quiet lifestyle and values cleanliness, privacy, and good communication.

I’m looking for someone responsible, considerate, and tidy; ideally, a student or young professional who will be a good fit for the space.
