Hello there 👋 Thanks for checking my profile 🫶 My name is Cali, and I am a full-time enrolled student at York University. I am looking for a studio/bachelor/1-bedroom basement apartment, or a shared accommodation with quiet, like-minded roommates (female preferred). A little about me: I have been living in Canada (the fourth country I’ve explored and lived) for 3 years and am in my sophomore year of university. Regarding my schedule, I like to go to bed by 10:30 pm and get up early the next day for school(Mon-Fri). On the weekends, I am usually out studying, at the gym, working, hanging out with friends, or just chilling at home. I can be pretty sociable and also respect others’ privacy and personal space. In terms of the location I am looking for, I would strongly prefer somewhere between south of Eglinton W and north of Bloor Street (Bloor West)or anywhere along Line 1 between Sheppard West Station and Spadina Station/ Line 2 west of Bloor-Yonge Stn. and east of Keele Stn/ Midtown between Line 1 Eglinton Stn. and Bloor-Yonge Stn. No Scarborough or East York leads, please. My budget is around $1600 per month all-inclusive (all utilities + internet + furniture). As for myself, I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and do not have any pets. A bit about my room-sharing experience: I moved out when I was 16 years old and have been living with roommates and landlords ever since. Would be happy to provide references if required :) Personally, I am a clean, responsible, kind, and independent individual who values a calm, clean, and positive space to call home. I also appreciate great communication, mutual respect, and understanding between roommates. I never party in the house, but my best friend may come visit me occasionally for movie nights (we’re very quiet and only stay in my room). Please note that I do not have a credit score at this point (I have not acquired a credit card yet but will soon), but happy to provide a bank statement to prove my ability to pay rent throughout the lease term, an enrolment letter, previous landlord references, Photo ID and first and last month’s rent to secure the right place.
