Hi my future landlords :) I am a full-time university student and looking for a studio/bahcelor/ or 1bedroom basement apartment (entirely private space, no sharing), preferably near York University or located on the west side of the city (so no scarborough or East York leads please). My budget is around $1600/ month all included. As for myself, I am non-smoker, non-drinker, and do not have any pets. I am a clean, responsible, and kind individual who values peaceful space to call home. I could provide the proof of enrolment, previous landlord references, and last month rent to secure the place.
