Hi! I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful tenant who values open communication and a peaceful living environment. I work/study [insert your work or study situation] and spend a lot of time out or in my room relaxing, so I’m pretty low-impact around the house.

I also have a sweet and well-behaved cat who is litter-trained, quiet, and friendly—but mostly keeps to herself. I’m very responsible when it comes to cleaning and making sure she doesn’t cause any mess or damage.

I’d love to live with roommates who are kind, responsible, and open-minded. I’m always up for a friendly chat but also respectful of everyone’s space and routines.
