Hardworking and respectful professional currently managing two major construction projects in Ottawa. I spend long hours on-site or in meetings, so I’m often out during the day. I also do some desk work from home, so I need space for a desktop setup (nothing huge, just functional).

I’m a great cook when time allows, but realistically, I usually eat out or rely on prepared meals like Factor, so I won’t be heavily using the kitchen or common areas.

What I’m Looking For A private, quiet space where I can recharge between projects. Parking is non-negotiable — I drive a Ford Transit cargo van for work and need regular, easy access to the side and rear of the vehicle (for tools and materials). Access to or use of a garage would be ideal but not mandatory.

I value mutual respect, clear communication, and a peaceful environment. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, responsible tenant who’s usually busy making sure other people’s homes are in top shape — I’m your guy.
