I am great about keeping common areas clean and don’t do things like parties. I am a recent graduate who is working full time and good at paying rent on time. I am looking to live in Downtown London (under 30 minutes walk of to the corner or Richmond and Queens, but the closer the better). I will need to work from home 3 days a week, so I also need an environment that is conducive to that. I don’t need complete silence, but reasonable noise levels during the day are important, as well as a big enough room that I can comfortably set up a desk and not be squished.
