I’m quiet. I work from home 4 to 6 hours and day as a remote monitor for a security company. I’m a partner in a sushi restaurant. On the side I assess digital design and media marketing elements for restaurants.

I’m physically disabled and use an electric wheelchair. I have 2 pressure fit overhead lifts: one for the bedroom and one for the bathroom. I realize this may discourage some from renting to me however may encourage as well due to me having 40K available to renovate your rental suite, should you be the home owner.

I don’t need a parking space. I do need level entry or basement suite level entry. I’ll be a long term tenant and willing to sign a lease.
