My name is Jose, and I plan to move to Vancouver (from Edmonton) on October 1.

I AM LOOKING FOR: A place/room preferably in Dowtown Vancouver. My budget is $1,500 (utilities and other fees included). I would also prefer a building with amenities (e.g., gym) and one that is located close to public transportation (e.g., trains and buses). An option for parking is also ideal.

ABOUT ME: I recently completed my PhD and am currently a postdoctoral fellow doing research and teaching work remotely in BC (University of Victoria + Vancouver). I am also an emergency RN.

I am an outgoing person. I play volleyball and badminton. I like to try new restaurants. I also value a good, comfortable, and relaxing home + good relationships with the people I live with. Lastly, I love to clean and cook. <3
