My name is Justin Benedicto, and I’m reaching out with interest in your rental listing. I’m a fourth-year student at SFU, currently attending school part-time. In addition to my studies, I run two small businesses one involving the sale of isopods, which are kept securely in sealed containers with zero risk of escape, and the other focused on buying and selling trading cards both online and in person. I also own a leopard gecko, which is safely housed in a sealed terrarium.

On top of that, I work part-time at the mall, which provides me with stable and sufficient income to comfortably cover rent throughout the year.
