in need of a safe, quiet and affordable place to live. 1 or 2 bed room as my 19 yr old daughter will be staying temporary between Alberta an BC and my best friend a little 5 yr old Bombay cat. We have all been through an amazing amount of challenges and I am being reunited reuniting after 10 yrs of being separated and searching for her. I have 2 sons that will visit from time to time.. ATM We are able to afford 1000 with utility’s, and will not be getting rid of my furbabies I have excellent references from all of my previous landlords and property managers. We are clean quiet, do not smoke use drug and keep to our selfs mostly we are hoping to find a safe and clean place in a community with many resources to guide us on our new beginnings together. We like to be an active and take part by volunteering in many of our city’s events and events in the community. I am no longer able to work and I am on Disability, as I have a hearing impairment I never been late paying, rent It’s early or on time, I will keep a open communication with you and keep your property in emaculate shape.
