In search of a mature adult to move into a beautiful older home at the bottom of the escarpment. This best suits a single person. Minutes to Osler, Blue Mountain and down town Collingwood . The house is privately situated on 100 acres of forested shares trails. The house is shared with 3 men and one female. Common shared spaces include: kitchen, living room, bathroom , laundry room , garage and outdoor spaces. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom is a bright spacious room with your own private deck.

Rent is $975 all included and is available July 1st or August 1st.
