Quiet retired old man. I do vape but know the rules about smoking. I’m not afraid to do my share of cleaning and other regular household chores. I am not looking with any other “roomies”. Looking for a place that is not too fancy but is reasonably clean so it easy to keep clean. I quit my job as a renovator’s helper (health reasons) but I still have knowledge and tools. A place where TP can be left in the bathroom and not disappear would be nice. Also I don’t do social media.
