We are two responsible and friendly individuals who value cleanliness and respect shared spaces. We enjoy a calm home environment and are always courteous to housemates. Punctual with rent and tidy. Together, we:

Always pay rent on time (like, aggressively on time — we once paid early and scared the landlord). Clean like it’s a competitive sport, but without the weird reality show drama. Respect boundaries (physical, emotional, and shelf-space related). Don’t smoke, don’t party hard, but will absolutely bring you banana bread when we feel grateful (which is often). 🛏️ What We’re Looking For: A room (or two!) in a clean, kind, drama-free household. Good lighting (we’re both part-plant). Preferably somewhere our succulents won’t die of shock. Bonus if you like random trivia, quiet weekday evenings, and debating whether to air fry everything (answer: yes). We come with: No pets, but we will babysit yours like it’s royalty. A strong friendship, solid references, and the ability to co-exist without performing interpretive dance in shared spaces… unless asked.
