I’m a gay trans guy, I’m on disability. I have a bunch of academic upgrading I need to complete before I start in on a bachelors degree, though I’m still debating between a few majors. I’m respectful, though I can be a little loud when I’m on the phone with friends, and a text asking me to keep it down will always work. I’m autistic, and I work hard to communicate with my roommates to keep things running smoothly. I can cover up to $1000 a month, at least until I can get into a good routine with my streaming and such, then I can cover more if necessary. I would like to start streaming from home again, and it would be great to have a place that has thick enough walls to make that a possibility — I really don’t want to bother my roommates by being noisy at night. I can cook rather well, and I’d gladly cook for the household, at least sometimes (Or in return for them doing the dishes 😅). I have an airfryer, and a fancy showerhead that I’ll be bringing with me.
