I’m a gay trans guy, I’m on disability. I plan to start college for Accounting in the fall. I’m respectful, and generally pretty quiet. I can be a little loud when I’m on the phone with friends though, but text asking me to keep it down will always work. I’m autistic, and I work hard to communicate with my roommates to keep things running smoothly. I can cover a maximum of $1000 a month. I would like to start streaming from home again, and it would be great to have a place that has thick enough walls to make that a possibility — I really don’t want to bother my roommates by being noisy at night. I can cook rather well, and I’d gladly cook for the household, at least sometimes (Or in return for them doing the dishes 😅). I would prefer a private bathroom or ensuite, but it isn’t a dealbreaker.
