Hi, I’m looking for a private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom space with utilities and ideally wifi included. Budget is $800-$1100. Looking for a place in The Orchard or near the GO train line.

I’m looking for a move-in date of July 1st for myself, and my 1 friendly well-behaved female cat. I work as a Business Consultant in downtown Toronto, primarily 1 day a week in office. I can view anytime after 5:30 pm!

• I’m quiet, clean, love going on walks. I’d love to hear about your day but can also respect your space. I enjoy playing board games and building a sense of community.
• I have a very well behaved friendly cat named Mango who doesn’t scratch furniture or hop on countertops (genuinely, she’s too lazy)
