I live a quiet life and pursue many passions, hobbies, and interests, eg, writing, astrology, graphic design, photography, naval architecture, seafaring knowledge, local history, and trying all the bakeries in Victoria.

I currently wfh but am transitioning away from contract work, back to the work force. I’ve been in Victoria for 6 months and have decided to settle here, after my new-found obsession with sailing and the lovely people of Victoria have fully won me over!

As a roomie I’m fairly independent, but still enjoy connecting with housemates through great conversations or a shared meal. While I’m not looking for a friend-slash-roommate, I’d want to enjoy each other’s company and have a sense of social harmony in our home. I like to keep things clean and tidy and would like the same in a roommate. I keep fairly regular hours, but I am not a light sleeper, so if you work shift work, that won’t be a problem.

In an ideal scenario, I’d be sharing a house with people who also dislike bright white light (except when needed for tasks, such as cooking) and the sound of any audio coming from a mobile device. While those things are flexible, if you have a lot of speakerphone conversations, then we can be friends, but we can’t be roomies. :)

I’d prefer roommates over 35.
