I’m a very cleaned person, I always leave shared space in very good conditions after using. I’m quiet, I don’t smoke and I’m very tidy. I’m looking for a house for me or max to share with only one other person but with my own bathroom with a sink in addition to toilet and shower. I also would need (to be able to work) a desk, I don’t need one not too big but also not too small. I would like to have a wardrobe for clothes (sweatshirts, pants, shirts) and maybe also some drawers. I don’t need a big bed, for me is okay single-bed. Since I moved to Toronto from Italy, I have a few backpacks and suitcases to place and if there was some more space in the room, it would be great. I would like to have a washing machine and also a dryer to make laundry easier.
