Hello! I’m looking to move to a dog friendly rental around the end of August/ beginning of September. It’s just me and my two thirty pound doodle mix dogs. Both dogs are very well behaved and trained. They are my pride and joy! My budget for a one bedroom place is around $2300/month, but I would also love a chance to cut my living expenses if somebody would be open to teaming up for a two or three bedroom situation. I would hope to not be spending more than $1600/month for accommodations in a roommate situation. And I am open to the location as long as I am somewhere within an hour of the VGA on transit or driving! I would prefer unfurnished as I have enough belongings to fill a two bedroom apartment in my current situation, but I am flexible on selling a lot of my belongings for the right living space. Long term situation preferred (6 months to a year lease).

I’m a “G” in the LGBTQ+ community, but I prefer to live not loudly about it. Proud, but not loud. I don’t party, and I don’t smoke nor do drugs. I’m a clean, quiet, respectful and peaceful person looking for a chance to thrive in the most beautiful city in Canada and want a change from the Alberta lifestyle.

I know that I am posting this fairly early, but because of my situation with owning two dogs, I know that a lot of potential rental properties will deviate away, which is unfortunate because of how well my dogs behave.
