Liam

Hey Hey! My name is Liam, I am 25 and from Glasgow in Scotland. I am moving to Montreal next month from Vancouver with an aim to see out the remainder of my working visa out east! I am currently looking for a short-term let (1-3 months), as I will be searching for a job when I arrive, but I am aiming to stay for long term in Montreal. I currently work as a supervisor at a bike rental store in Vancouver, which is ideal as I am a very keen cyclist who loves all things cycling but is also a big fan of the outdoors and sports in general. I love exploring new music, and learning new skills. At present I am teaching myself about photography, bike maintenance et, bien sûr, French! I love to read and write and I am trying harder to tap into my creative side through all of these mediums. I am a big coffee fan and I love scoping out the best coffee spots in a new place, chilling with a coffee/drink solo or with friends.

I’m a very clean and sociable flatmate and love to hang out with and learn about the people I live with, especially since I will be moving to a whole new place! I do like a combination of spending time in shared spaces with my flatmates (I love to cook, and will happily pitch in with bike shared meals and snacks!) but also really value some quiet in my own space.

As I am moving from Vancouver with limited space for taking stuff over with me, a furnished place would be ideal, and I am potentially bringing my bike so either storage space in the building or in the room would be ideal!
