I am orignally from Taiwan, graduated from UBC with a master degree in Health Science, and now I work in the healthcare and research field, and my role is primarily work from home, so having a dedicated and reliable workspace is essential for me. This can be either sufficient space in the bedroom for a desk or a clearly defined work area in the shared space. I also require a private bathroom.

I do not currently own a car, so I am looking for a location with good transit access and convenient daily amenities, making it easy to get around and manage day-to-day life.

On a personal note, I am queer, and my partner may visit once or twice a week and occasionally stay overnight. I value clear communication around this and am very respectful of shared boundaries and comfort levels.

Personality-wise, I am easygoing, respectful, and communication-oriented. I value privacy, but I also enjoy having a sense of connection with my roommates. I am currently improving my tennis and snowboarding skills and am always open to trying new activities. I enjoy the occasional drink and casual conversation, while still fully respecting each other’s personal space and routines.
