Hi! I’m Sem, 21, originally from Ecuador. I’m currently studying Business Management in Vancouver and will be returning for my co-op starting September 7th.
I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing. I’m also used to sharing a living space and I really value keeping common areas clean and respecting everyone’s privacy and schedule. I don’t smoke, and I’m generally pretty quiet, especially during the week.
I’m looking for a comfortable and respectful place where everyone can feel at home. I’m responsible with rent and I’m happy to contribute to a positive and relaxed living environment.
