Hey! I am Joel, I am from Australia, and am moving to Winnipeg in the next few weeks! I am looking for a rental in the UofM area, and am ideally wanting outgoing and social people to share a rental with. I respect common areas and peoples privacy, as well as exam/study periods during studies. I have spent previous years working and studying at a university, and do understand the pressures of those times :). I am clean, and don’t make a fuss about cleaning common areas.
