Hello,

I’m currently looking for a place to rent with utilities included. I’m a full-time teacher, so I often stay at school later in the day to catch up on marking and prep. I’m a tidy and respectful individual who enjoys a balance of quiet time and occasional socializing. Outside of work, I’m quite active and usually at the gym or involved in sports.

I’m also happy to contribute to shared responsibilities, such as cleaning common areas and taking out the garbage. Please feel free to reach out if you think I might be a good fit for your space.
