Hi! I’m a working professional looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing place to call home.

I tend to keep pretty busy and am not home a ton. Outside of work, I love staying active with things like skateboarding, hiking, and snowboarding, though I also really enjoy the occasional quiet night in to relax. I’m social and easy to get along with, but I’m also very respectful of personal space and happy living with roommates who prefer a quieter environment. Ideally, I’m hoping to live with other young professionals or people in a similar age range and lifestyle.

I work in-office about 3 to 5 days a week, depending on how busy things are, so the apartment often gets some quiet time during the day. I’m tidy and like to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable, while also being realistic and easygoing. Open communication is really important to me, and I’m always receptive to discussing anything that helps make the living situation work well for everyone.

I may occasionally have a friend over, but overall I’m pretty low-key. I also have a very cozey-brand couch that I’d be happy to bring for the common area, as well as a nice, large area rug.

I have two sweet, calm 7-year-old cats who are very affectionate and love to lounge around. They’re friendly and well-behaved, though they do shed, so it’s best if you’re comfortable with cats.

I’m open to Centretown, Vanier, and the Quebec/Hull area. My ideal budget is up to $1,150 all-in, though I’d definitely be down to find something cheaper. A free parking spot would be a huge bonus, as I’m planning to buy a car soon.

My ideal move-in is the end of August/beginning of September. Depending on the timing of my current lease, there is also a possibility that my move-in date may need to be the beginning of November instead.
