Hey! I’m Adhavaa 👋 I’m relocating to Burnaby from Toronto for an 8-month research engineering co-op at Kardium Inc. (Sept 2026 – Apr 2027), and I’m on the hunt for a room and easygoing housemates to share it with. A bit about me: I’m a biomedical engineering student, so my weekdays are pretty structured — out at work during the day, back in the evenings. I’m clean and tidy, keep shared spaces respectful, and I’m a non-smoker with no pets. I’m the low-drama kind of roommate — happy to hang out over a coffee or a meal, equally happy to give you your space. I have stable income from my co-op and can provide references, so no worries on the reliability front. Looking for somewhere I can settle in comfortably for the full term, ideally move-in around early September. If that sounds like a good fit, I’d love to chat
