Nicole

Hi! I’m Nicole - a Canadian originally from Ottawa who recently moved back to Vancouver after spending 5 years living abroad in Taiwan. I’m 30 years old and currently work at UBC, while preparing to start my Bachelor of Education this September.

I’ve lived with roommates for over 10 years, including shared homes abroad, and I really value creating a home that feels comfortable, respectful, and welcoming. I’m clean, organized, considerate of shared spaces, and believe good communication is key to a happy household.

Outside of work and school, I love spending time outdoors and staying active. You’ll usually find me cooking, cycling, hiking, longboarding, reading, exploring Vancouver, or relaxing at the beach. I enjoy both social time with roommates (shared meals, conversations, exploring the city) and respecting everyone’s need for their own space.

I’m hoping to find a home with kind, clean, respectful people who value community and creating a positive living environment.
