I’m a 28 year old living here in Courtenay. I have a steady job as a server, I make a wage plus tips so the rent would not be a problem. I have a cat who is really well behaved, very chill and sweet tempered. She mostly will find places to hangout alone. I also have a dog. She is a black lab/Great Dane mix. (Not as big as a Great Dane) she is very sweet and calm as well. She will sometimes bark if someone knocks at the door, but other then that she is quiet and well behaved. I love to be at the ocean or walking my dog when I’m not at work. I don’t party or do drugs, I will go out with friends occasionally.
