Hello 👋

My name is Katrina, and I am currently looking for a female-only or LGBTQ+ home. Preference for rooms that are furnished with a bed already. A 6-12 month or month-to-month lease/stay is preferred, but I would consider other lengths or a sublet if it’s a good fit.

I am 30, and a self-paced online uni-student in Business and will be also starting GIS schooling in the fall. So I am open to numerous cities. :)

I tend to keep to myself most of the time -not shy, more ambiverted-, but am open to hanging out occasionally with those who click or hearing about others interests. I spend most of my free time when I do have it learning new things, watching reality tv, and watching documentaries. Main hobbies are in technology, creative arts, world news, history, travelling, occult, pop culture, research, and psychology.

Clean, quiet and considerate of those I live with. Patient with good communication skills and the ability to work through anything that comes up in the home calmly and clearly, with respect for all involved, is both given and expected. Budget around $800/mo. ~I cannot have any pets due to severe allergies of cats and dogs. ~In-suite or in-building laundry. ~I will only consider rentals with an en-suite bathroom at this time due to having a very structured routine.

(I do have AuDHD & OCD, which I manage on my own/ I don’t let it impact other people’s areas of the home or possessions; but to be up front: I cannot stand outdoor shoes inside the home, so that one is a solid deal breaker. 😅)
