Hello 👋

My name is Katrina, and I am currently looking for a female-only & furnished rental. A 6-month or month-to-month lease/stay is preferred, but I would consider 12 months for the right fit.

I am 30, and a self-paced online uni-student and worker.

I tend to keep to myself most of the time -not shy, more ambiverted-, but am open to hanging out occasionally with those who click. I spend most of my free time learning new things and watching documentaries. Main hobbies are in technology, creative arts, geo-politics, history, research, analytics and psychology.

I am both sober and don’t smoke, so would prefer a home with similar values or those who only partake casually. Clean, quiet and considerate of those I live with. Good communication skills and the ability to work through anything that comes up in the home calmly and clearly, with respect for all involved. My hopeful home shares roommate(s) with a similar lifestyle. Budget $1300/mo. ~I cannot have any pets due to severe allergies of cats and dogs. ~In-suite laundry is needed as I rely on public transit. ~I will only consider rentals with an en-suite bathroom at this time due to having a very structured routine.

(I do have AuDHD & OCD, which I manage on my own/ I don’t let it impact other people’s areas of the home or possessions out of obvious boundaries; but that being said, I cannot stand outdoor shoes inside the home, so that one is a solid deal breaker. 😅)
