Hi, I am Amy, a McMaster graduate moving to Langley and working for a private elementary school. I am a quiet and clean person. I am interested in art and science and love to read in my room during weekends.

Here are some expectation I have for my roommate/ the properties

• move in date: 1st Aug (could be negotiate)
• prefer All female tenants for share house/ apartment (I am okay with male tenant if they are on different floor and do not share the bathroom)
• prefer quiet and clean roommate
• prefer no pet (I don’t have pet either)
• No smoke/ weed in the house
• Set up rotation schedule for house cleaning/ roommate share responsibilities to clean the common area of the house
